| What is your turnaround time? The typical turnaround time is about 1 business week upon receipt of your printer. However, it really depends on how fast we can get spare parts and how busy the repair center is. | Do you guarantee your work? We have a 45-day warranty on all parts and labor which guarantees that all parts replaced in our repair service will be free from defects in quality or workmanship for a period of 45 days from the return of the repaired unit. If the replaced part should fail due to part or workmanship quality, we will cover all labor and part cost to have the unit repaired. This warranty only applies to parts replaced in the original repair and does not provide any coverage for the remainder of the unit. Misuse/mistreatment of printer will void this warranty.
