The typical turnaround time is about 1 business week upon receipt of your printer. However, it really depends on how fast we can get spare parts and how busy the repair center is. Please check with us to get an estimate on the turnaround time.
We have a 45-day warranty on all parts and labor. Mobile ID Solutions, Inc. guarantees that all parts replaced in our repair service will be free from defects in quality or workmanship for a period of 45 days from the return of the repaired unit. If the replaced part should fail due to part or workmanship quality we will cover all labor and part cost to have the unit repaired. This warranty only applies to parts replaced in the original repair and does not provide any coverage for the remainder of the unit. Misuse/mistreatment of printer will void this warranty. We reserve the right to evaluate the unit to determine if the Repair Warranty applies. For on-site repairs, travel charges are not included as part of our warranty.

Whenever possible, use the original product packaging that your equipment came in. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the product to and from Mobile ID Solutions, Inc. for any repairs. Mobile ID Solutions, Inc. is NOT responsible for any packages lost or damaged in shipment.

What to Include:
Please call or email us to request a Repair Work Order Form as well as proper shipping instructions. We will normally ask you to include a ribbon, 50 cards, and the external power supply for proper testing. No other cables are necessary.
