The industry standard in physical access control, HID Proximity Cards and Credentials offer a wide variety of solutions. From the small MicroProx Tag to the long range ProxPass (vehicle tag). HID Proximity products are robust, affordable and seamlessly integrate with most access control systems in the market today.
HID Proximity credentials operate on the low frequency, 125 kHz technology. Although this technology may be considered outdated to some, it is still widely used around the world. Different formats allow for different levels of credential authentication, keeping customers’ access control systems secure. These formats include the HID proprietary 37-bit and Corporate 1000 (35-bit) formats.
Customers are also able to personalize their HID Proximity cards with the use of an ID Card Printer. For some applications, a proximity key fob is more convenient when no visual identification is needed. Other applications that currently have a photo ID, can instantly turn their credential into a proximity card with use of MicroProx Tag, a proximity tag with an adhesive backing.
HID Proximity credentials can also be personalized with the use of the direct print adhesive label, typically used with the ProxCard II clamshell card, which has no printable surface.
Customers can rely on HID Proximty Cards and Credentials to provide a comprehensive range of products, solutions and services to fit their needs.
