The Motorola MC45 Mobile Computer was built to help your mobile workers in the field improve their ability to service customers while increasing productivity. With 3.5G cellular and 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi capabilities, workers can use the MC45 handheld computer to access data in real-time from virtually anywhere. The built-in 1D barcode scanner with Adaptive Scan Technology allows barcodes to be scanned as far as 15 feet away, while the built-in 3.2 MP camera supports both picture taking as well 1D and 2D barcode scanning.

The MC45 features the Microsoft Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional Operating system.
The Motorola MC45 may also be referred to as the Symbol MC45 as Motorola acquired Symbol in 2006; it may also be referred to as the Zebra MC45 as Zebra then acquired the enterprise mobility business from Motorola in 2014.
