How To Get Started With Google Android Zero Touch Enrollment

Step 1 – Prerequisites

1. Purchase your devices. For use with Zero Touch Enrollment, these devices must be running Android Pie (9.0) or later although Android Oreo (8.0) is sufficient in some cases
2. An enterprise mobility management (EMM) solution, also known as Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, supporting fully managed devices

Step 2 – Setup your Android Zero-Touch Enrollment Account

1. If you do NOT have an Android Zero-Touch Enrollment account, we can create one for you as an Authorized Zero-Touch Reseller partner. In order to do this, we’ll need you to provide us with your Company Name, Google Account (Email address associated with your corporate email) and Phone Number. Once your Zero Touch Enrollment account is created, you should receive an email with instructions for accessing the Zero Touch Enrollment Portal. The email should come from Google (“noreply+android-provisioning-service@google.com”) and have a Subject Line of “Welcome to zero-touch enrollment”.
   
   Important Note: When providing us with your Google Account, please make sure it is associated your Corporate Email. This can be done through the following steps:
   1. Go to Create your Google Account.
   2. Enter your name.
   3. Set Your email address to your corporate email. Don’t click Create a new Gmail address instead.
   4. Complete the remaining account information.
   5. Click Next.
   6. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish creating your account.

2. If you already have an Android Zero-Touch Enrollment Account, please enable us (“Mobile ID Solutions, Inc”) as a Reseller in your portal account

Step 3 – Initial Device Registration into your Android Zero-Touch Enrollment Account

1. Provide us with the information for each device you want registered into to your Zero-Touch Enrollment Account
• Cellular Devices – IMEI/MEID
• Wi-Fi Only Devices – Serial Number

2. Once we’ve registered your devices, you should be able to view them in your Zero Touch Enrollment Account

Step 4 – Create a Configuration and Assign It To Your Device
